In response to the heated discussion among netizens that "Dali XX has introduced new regulations prohibiting XX merchants from using candles during power outages", the XX Protection Management Bureau of Dali City, Yunnan Province, responded on June 30 that there is a misunderstanding of the relevant documents by the public. As an additional clause of the upcoming "Dali XX Business Household Fire Safety Inspection Rules", it is a guiding norm rather than a mandatory requirement, and the new regulations will not set artificial thresholds for XX merchants.
